During the winter season, the children's club offers crèche
facilities from 18 mths to 3 yrs and the snow-garden from 3 to 6
yrs.
The French Ski School in Doucy offers group or private lessons
with English-speaking instructors for children over 5 yrs.

The
skiing
|

The Grand Domaine ski area offers over 150 kms of ski runs
adapted to all skiing levels with an easy access to and from
Doucy Combelouvière. There are now 342 snow guns which assure
optimum skiing conditions throughout the winter season. The ski
area includes a snow zone for boarders and over 20km of
cross-country ski trails

In winter why not take a break from alpine skiing and try
snowshoe-walking ? Our qualified mountain guides organise a
weekly programme of snowshoe walking along the snowy trails and
through the scented pine forests which surround the resort.
We include 3 half-day guided walks with an
English-speaking guide in our accommodation rates.
Fancy heli-skiing off-piste or skiing the famous
Vallée
Blanche in Chamonix ? Info. from the Visitor Information Centre
which organises the entertainments and activities in the resort
including a guided tour of the historical town of Moûtiers, the
local market, the Beaufort cheese dairy and the museum.
Family-fun guaranteed in Doucy with firework displays,
torchlight descents, carnival week.....
